Danielle Johnson, Associate

Danielle Johnson is a commercial litigator who joined the Weg & Myers team in March 2023. Danielle manages complex matters in both state and federal courts, with a particular focus on insurance contracts, property damage and legal malpractice. She has extensive experience representing and advising professionals, business entities, property owners and individuals throughout all phases of litigation.

Danielle received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University where she concentrated in corporate and commercial law. While in law school, Danielle served as Submissions Editor of the Pace International Law Review (2020-2021), President of the Corporate and Commercial Law Society (2020-2021), and President of Phi Alpha Delta (2019-2020). Danielle received her admission to the New York State Bar in 2022 and is a zealous advocate for her clients. Prior to law school, Danielle received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Tampa with a major in International Business, and a minor in Law, Justice, and Advocacy.
